Canice Pinto is a Continuous Improvement Executive who has run high-impact projects in services and supply chain across multiple domains. He began his career in supply chain running demand management at two Fortune 100 companies – L’Oreal in cpg and Glaxo-Smithkline in pharma.He then moved to the Blackstone group to set up the capacity planning practice, got certified as a Black Belt; as a Master Black Belt he led the Operational Excellence engagement for the largest vertical.
He was handpicked to set up the Continuous Improvement practice at a newly acquired mortgage services company. He also ran the Continuous Improvement practice at an HR screening solutions company and set up their Quality Center of Excellence.
He is a fan of sports trivia, curious about music of all genres, and is trying to move away from reading from a screen to old-school books.
